Shipping Policy

• Confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on stock and destination.
• Bulk or scheduled supply orders follow the timeline agreed in the quotation.
• If an item is out of stock, we tell you at confirmation rather than holding the whole order silently.

Every consignment leaves in sealed, batch-labelled packing. Temperature-sensitive lines travel in insulated packing with cold-chain-aware transport partners so potency survives the journey.

We ship through reputed transport partners to districts across India. Freight charges are as stated in your quotation and on the invoice. A GST invoice accompanies every dispatch, and dispatch details are shared once the consignment is handed over.

Weather, transport strikes, festive-season load and similar events beyond our control can delay delivery. When we know about a delay, we pass it on promptly along with the revised expectation.

Please inspect the consignment on delivery. If cartons arrive crushed, wet or tampered, refuse or annotate the delivery and contact us within 48 hours — see the Returns & Refunds policy for how we make it right.
